Bơ được hòa tan bằng nước nóng, khuấy đều, sau đó thêm vào sữa đặc, đường bột và đánh cho đến khi quyện đều.

Cho khối bột vào túi nylon. dùng chày cán dẹp có độ dày 3-4mm. Cho vào ngăn đông tủ lạnh khoảng 30 phút.
Sau khi đã được làm lạnh, dùng khuôn cắt miếng bột thành những chiếc bánh nhỏ có hình bông hoa. Cho bánh đã cắt vào khay nướng, đem nướng ở 160 độ C với thời gian tùy chỉnh phụ thuộc vào lò nướng nhà bạn. Thăm chừng thấy bánh chín giòn tan và thơm như ý là được.
Bánh quy hình hoa sau khi nướng rất nóng nên phải cho ra rack để nguội hoàn toàn. Dùng không hết thì đem bánh cho vào hũ kín cùng gói hút ẩm, bảo quản nơi thoáng mát sẽ dùng được lâu.
