Trong một chiếc khay khác, cho 520g bột mì, 3 muỗng cà phê bột nổi và 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối vào, trộn đều. Trải một bọc nhựa ra mặt phẳng, cho bột vào, ém chặt.
Gói ủ cẩn thận như thế này và để trong vòng 1 giờ trước khi mang ra dùng. Đập 2 quả trứng, chỉ lấy lòng đỏ. Thêm 1 muỗng cà phê nước lọc.
Sau đó chia trứng ra 2 chén và cho vài giọt phẩm màu xanh và màu đỏ vào từng chén riêng.
Rắc một ít bột lên mặt phẳng để chống dính. Sau đó cho khối bột lên lăn đều và cán bột mỏng ra. Dùng những chiếc khuôn hình thù ngộ nghĩnh để cắt bột và tạo hình cây thông.
Sau đó thì tô màu hợp lý cho cây thông. Tiếp đến là đặt tất cả lên vỉ và chuẩn bị cho vào lò nướng thôi. Lấy bánh ra trang trí là đã hoàn thành rồi đấy.
