Nhanh tay cho chén lòng trắng trứng đã đánh tan, dùng đũa khuấy nhẹ theo chiều kim đồng hồ để lòng trắng trứng gà tạo vân đẹp.
Tắt bếp, rắc một ít tiêu lên bề mặt, múc ra chén nhỏ 1-2 giọt dầu mè, dùng nóng.
