Bánh mì bơ sữa không dùng trứng. Khi ăn rất mềm, xốp, càng làm càng thích. Món này rất hợp khẩu vị các bé nhỏ. Thay vì mua ngoài tiệm, bạn có thể học cách làm ở nhà. Uống kèm 1 ly sữa nóng thì không còn gì bằng.
Cho men nở, sữa tươi không đường, đường trắng vào tô, khuấy tan. Cho 250gr bột mì, 30gr bơ lạt cắt nhỏ, 1/3 muỗng cà phê muối vào, trộn đều. Dùng máy hoặc phới trộn đều, nhào khoảng 15 phút.
Bột nhào mịn, phủ lên bột chút bột mì. Ủ bột khoảng 1 giờ cho bột nở gấp đôi. Lấy bột ra ngoài, chia làm 6 phần, xếp mép, vo tròn.
Lấy chút bột mì phủ lên bàn để cho bột không dính. Dùng tay dàn bột ra mỏng vừa, xếp lại tạo hình bánh mì.
Lăn bột qua mè trắng, cho lên khay nướng có lót sẵn 1 lớp giấy nến. Để bánh như vậy khoảng 15-20 phút cho bánh nở thêm.
Dùng dao rạch vài đường dài lên bánh. Bật lò nướng nhiệt độ 240 độ C cho nóng khoảng 5 phút, bên dưới có tô hoặc khay nước nhỏ. Cho khay bánh vào nướng khoảng 5 phút. Hạ nhiệt độ xuống 190 độ C, nướng bánh thêm cho đến khi các mặt của bánh vàng đều.
Bánh giòn tan, thơm nức vị bơ, hương thơm ngọt ngào từ sữa. Món này uống kèm 1 ly sữa nóng thì ngon hết ý.
